Pastor E.A. Adeboye, the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God spoke to his members about the danger of masturbation and how one can be free from it. According to NDEPO TV, he said he once heard a preacher say masturbation is not a sin because it is not committed in the body but outside the body. He said he was shocked because this is a clear deviation from the truth of God's word. Indeed, the word masturbation is not in the Bible but it clearly states that lust is a sin. Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, carpet FG By Ekene Obi Motorists and commuters were stranded along the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway on Tuesday when some students, under the aegis of the National Association of Nigerian Students, South-West zone, protested against the ongoing Academic Staff Union of Universities strike and the fuel scarcity in the country. The protesters, who blocked both sides of the expressway around the Car Park C, Mowe, Ogun State, carried placards with various inscriptions and sang solidarity songs. PUNCH Metro  observed that the activities of the protesters grounded traffic with many travellers trapped in the gridlock. The NANS Chairman in Ogun State, Kehinde Simeon, who spoke on behalf of the students, said the association was giving the Federal Government seven working days to address the ASUU strike and the fuel scarcity. JAMB shifts mock exams to April 9

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) says the 2022 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) mock examination will now hold on April 9, and not April 16 as earlier scheduled. The board made this known in its Weekly Bulletin of the Office of the Registrar on Monday in Abuja. JAMB said that the change was due to the realisation that April 16, earlier scheduled, was an Easter Saturday; a holy Saturday, celebrated by Christians to mark the end of the Lent period before Easter Sunday.
