According to a post by Linda Ikeji, Nigerian Socialite Mabel The Goddess just sparked mixed controversies on Instagram as she was spotted in a one minute video asking why young ladies would do anything for money and even sleep with dogs for it.

“And you girls who do this stuff, you really need to stop. You need to know have a second thinking about your life. What do you people need money for? Like what do you people need money For? I know people are going through a lot. But then having sex with a dog for 1.5 million naira per night. What kind of life is that you want to live?”

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, has finally arrested Rochas Okorocha, an All Progressives Congress, APC, presidential aspirant. The anti-graft agency had earlier invaded the residence of the former Imo State governor in an attempt to arrest him. Strike continues as ASUU NEC fails to suspend action

The industrial action by members of the Academic Sftaff Union of Universities, ASUU, will continue as members of the National Executive Council, NEC, of the union did not consider the option of suspending the action at its meeting which ended in the early hours of Monday in Abuja. Checks by Vanguard showed that the national leadership of the union only briefed the meeting on their interactions and submissions made to the Prof. Nimi Briggs Committee set up the Federal Government to renegotiate the 2009 Agreement with the union.
