Petrol, power shortages: I apologize – Buhari sends message to Nigerians

President Muhammadu Buhari has sent a message to Nigerians, regarding the shortage of petrol and electricity in the country.

Buhari, who apologized, expressed sincere regrets for the inconvenience caused to citizens of the country following a prolonged shortage of petroleum products, something that the administration has successfully averted in its seven years in office.

This was disclosed in a statement by Garba Shehu, Senior Special Assistant to the President on Media and Publicity, on Wednesday.
