Actor, Ugezu Ugezu Reacts after Peter Obi said he did not take a Piece of Land Belonging to the Government

Nollywood veteran actor, Ugezu Ugezu, has taken to social media to air his opinion, following the revelation of former governor and 2023 presidential aspirant, Peter Obi, that ever since his tenure as Anambra state governor ended, he did not take possession of a state government's land in his State. 2023 presidential candidate, Peter Obi, had earlier on revealed that since he left the office of the governor of Anambra state, he did not take a piece of land belonging to the state government, adding that he had to buy his own land and build his house in Onitsha, Anambra state. Peter Obi further revealed that he was the custodian of land in Anambra state and he had the power to revoke the Certificate of Occupancy (C of O) of any government land in the same area he built his house, but he had to buy a land with his own money, so as to avoid the criticisms of people against him. The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, has finally arrested Rochas Okorocha, an All Progressives Congress, APC, presidential aspirant. Source: Daily Post Nigeria EFCC picked up Okorocha from his residence in the Maitama area of Abuja on Tuesday evening. The anti-graft agency had earlier invaded the residence of the former Imo State governor in an attempt to arrest him. EFCC declares Rivers Accountant-General, others wanted for N435bn fraud The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission has declared the Rivers State Accountant-General, Fubara Siminayi, and 58 others wanted for N435 billion fraud.
